Polypropylene glycol(CAS:25322-69-4)The systematic name of Polypropylene glycol is Poly(oxy(methyl-1,2-ethanediyl)), alpha-hydro-omega-hydroxy-. With the CAS registry number 25322-69-4, it is also named as Methyloxirane homopolymer. It is viscous colourless liquid which is soluble in water (low molecular weight ), aliphatic ketons, alcohols and other organic solvents, insoluble in ether and most of the aliphatic hydrocarbons. When use it, people should avoid contact with skin and eyes. Additioanlly, this chemical should be sealed in the container and stored in the cool and dry place. When heated to decomposition it emits acrid smoke and irritating fumes.

Application industries:

· PPG series is soluble in toluene, ethanol, trichloroethylene and other organic solvents, and PPG200, 400, 600 are soluble in water, with lubricating, solubilizing, defoaming and anti-static properties. PPG-200 can be used as pigment dispersant.

· In cosmetics, PPG400~2000 is used as emollient, softener and lubricant.

· It is used as anti foaming agent in paint and hydraulic oil, anti foaming agent in synthetic rubber and latex processing, refrigerant and coolant for heat transfer fluid, and viscosity improver.

· It is used as an intermediate in esterification, etherification and polycondensation.

· Used as release agent, solubilizer, additive of synthetic oil, additive of water-soluble cutting fluid, roller oil, hydraulic oil, high-temperature lubricant, internal lubricant and external lubricant of rubber.

· PPG-2000~8000 has excellent lubrication, anti foaming, heat resistance and frost resistance;

· Ppg-3000 ~ 8000 is mainly used as a component of composite polyether to produce polyurethane foam;

· PPG-3000~8000 can be used to produce plasticizer and lubricant directly or after esterification;

· This product can be used as the base material of daily chemical, medicine and oil agent.
